Do we trust God to take care of each and every one of our troubles, or do we act like there is a quota of our troubles that he deals with and then God says, “no more!”? Having God as our Lord means Lord of everything, our joys and triumphs, our boring times and the times we are filled with worry and troubles seem to fill our days. He is our redeemer.

Then whoever invokes a blessing in the land shall bless by the God of faithfulness, and whoever takes an oath in the land shall swear by the God of faithfulness; because the former troubles are forgotten and are hidden from my sight.-Isaiah 65:16
