eugene-petersonEugene Peterson speaking from John 12:20-33 at the 2009 Restoring Prayer conference organised by the Simeon Centre for Prayer and the Spiritual Life.

The sermon focuses on the account in John's Gospel of Jesus' prayer that God's name would be glorified (John 12:20-33). This prayer represets the only account of a prayer of Jesus being answered audibly by God. The sermon concludes that there if the church is to restore the place of prayer in its life there is a need for Christians to pray in the company of Jesus and there is a need for the church to glorify God.
