juneberrysignPsalm 74:1-9; Proverbs 31; 2 Corinthians 11:1-11

I said, "I have toiled in vain, I have spent my strength for nothing and vanity; yet surely the justice due to me is with the Lord, and my reward with my God." Isaiah 49:4 (NASB)

Be patient until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious crop from the earth, being patient with it until it receives the early and the late rains. James 5:7

Sometimes the way is hard - we know this all too well. Give us the patience to wait for your soothing rain. Merciful Father, thank you for the comfort only you can provide. Amen.
