To End All Wars is a movie about forgiveness inspired by real-life events. It is rated R for war violence. The events take place during WWII based on the experiences of British prisoners of the Japanese. The prisoners are forced to build the infamous Railroad of Death in preparation for invasion into India. The story chronicles two approaches the prisoners take in their struggle to maintain dignity and stay alive under the harshest of circumstances.

While Major Campbell (Robert Carlyle) plans an escape, Lt. Rigden (Kiefer Sutherland) watches his back, and Capt. Ernest Gordon (Ciaran McMenamin) learns lessons that will affect his life forever.
